Searching for an Account:
SEARCH BY ACCESS CODE: Example: 891621
You can find your Access Code on your Westlands Water District bill. You may also call Westlands Water District for your Access Code.
Creating an Account (First time users):
CLAIM ACCOUNT: First, locate your account using the search options below. Click "Register Bill" and follow the prompts to create an account.
MAKE A PAYMENT: Once you have completed a payment we will send you a payment receipt. This receipt contains a link to create an account and save your payment methods.

We accept E-Check, Debit Card and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) payments. Fees are as follows:
CREDIT CARD: 2.75% ($2.00 minimum)
ELECTRONIC CHECK/SAVINGS ACCOUNT: Processing costs for electronic check payments are absorbed by Westlands Water District. There is no fee for electronic check payments.
