Creating an Account (First time users):

CLAIM ACCOUNT: First, locate your account using the search options above. Click "Register Bill" and follow the prompts to create an account.

MAKE A PAYMENT: Once you have completed a payment we will send you a payment receipt. This receipt contains a link to create an account and save your payment methods.

Accepted Payment Options

We accept E-Check, Debit Card and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) payments. Convenience Fees are as follows:

CREDIT CARD: 2.39% ($1.50 minimum)
DEBIT CARD: 1.00% ($1.50 minimum)

ELECTRONIC CHECK/SAVINGS ACCOUNT: SOON TO BE AVAILABLE. We are currently waiving fees for eCheck payments through the Open Banking eCheck Verification service.
