SEARCH BY NAME: Example: Smith
Creating an Account (First time users)
LOCATE BILL: First locate bill using search options above, then VERIFY your account, if that is the correct account click "Add to Cart". At step 1 of 4 on the “Review Your Cart” page click the “REGISTER BILL” button and follow the prompts to create an account.
MAKE A PAYMENT: Once you have completed a payment we will send you a payment receipt which contains a link to create an account and save your payment methods.
